POLYMERS

Virgin, Regrind & Reprocessed Polymers

We offer a wide range of polymer grades for diverse applications across sectors such as packaging, agriculture, automotive, housing, healthcare, water and gas transportation, and consumer durables.

We deal in Virgin, Reprocesed and Regrind Polymers of different types of commercial & indutrials usages such as PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), LDPE(Low density Polyethylene), HDPE(High density Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), Nylon6, Nylon66.

Virgin Polymers

Virgin polymers are the purest form of plastic. The polymers come directly from resin produced from petrochemical feedstock, like natural gas or crude oil.

Regrind Polymers

Regrind is material that has undergone at least one processing method such as molding or extrusion and the subsequent sprue, runners, flash, rejected parts etc are ground or chopped.

Reprocessed Polymers

Reprocessed material that has undergone at least one processing method such as molding or extrusion and the subsequent sprue, runners, flash, rejected parts etc are ground or chopped.

Polyethylene Terephthalate - PET Polymers

PET, which stands for polyethylene terephthalate, is a form of polyester (just like the clothing fabric). It is extruded or molded into plastic bottles and containers for packaging foods and beverages, personal care products, and many other consumer products.

PET is a very inert material that is resistant to attack by micro-organisms, and does not react with food products, which is why it is widely preferred for packaging foods, beverages and pharmaceuticals. Health-safety agencies around the world have approved PET as safe for use with foods and beverages.

Best of all, PET is recyclable and highly sustainable. It is the most recycled plastic in the United States and worldwide. PET can be recycled again and again – back into containers for foods, beverages and personal care products – or into carpet, clothing, automotive parts, construction materials, industrial strapping, and scores of other products.

LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE - LDPE Polymers

LDPE is softer, more flexible and melts at a lower temperature than HDPE. LDPE is used in sandwich bags and other types of packaging.

LDPE is widely used for manufacturing various containers, dispensing bottles, wash bottles, tubing, plastic parts for computer components, and various molded laboratory equipment. Its most common use is in plastic bags.

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE - HDPE Polymers

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a thermoplastic polymer produced from the monomer ethylene. ... With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE is used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes and plastic lumber.

Flexible but more rigid than LDPE. Natural color is milky white, semi-translucent depending on density. Good impact strength and stress crack resistance. Good chemical resistance. Good vapor barrier but poor gas barrier. Sterilizable via EtO or gamma radiation.

The HDPE flakes and granules are intended for the production of profiles, pipes, membranes for construction, cable ducts, containers for liquids and other assorted products.

POLYPROPYLENE - PP Polymers

Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labelling, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes.

We can offer wide range of PP products like PP Homopolymer, PP Impact Co-polymer & PP Random Co-polymer.

Nylon 6 Polymers

Nylon 6 is used in manufacturing garments.
A semi-crystalline, white engineering thermoplastic very similar to nylon 6,6 with which it is in many respects interchangeable. Its melt viscosity is not quite as low as 6,6 so it is generally slightly easier to process and often preferred for moulding. Relative to 6, 6 it has somewhat higher impact strength but somewhat lower strength and stiffness and higher water absorption the highest of all nylons.

Nylon66 Polymers

Nylon 66 is mainly used to manufacture industrial products like tire cords, ropes for finishing nets.
Nylon 66 is synthesised by polycondensation of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid. Equivalent amounts of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid are combined with water in a reactor. This is crystallized to make nylon salt, which has precisely stoichiometric equivalents. The nylon salt goes into a reaction vessel where polymerization process takes place either in batches or continuously.

Applications :

AUTOMOTIVES :- Radiator Fans, Wheel Cover, Door Handles, Fuel Intake Manifold, Oil Filter Housing, A.C. Shroud, TRIM Clips, and Buttons.

APPLIANCES :- Cooker Handle, Washing Machine Component, Soda Maker Chamber, Refrigerator Door Lock Componenet, and Dish Washer Component.

E&E :- Socket & Cover, Modular Switches Back plate, Wire Connectors, MCB Housing, Switch Box Cover, Tube light Brackets, Components for Industrial, Switches & Relays.
